Our Gender Equality Plan is not intended to be merely a formal document, but a practical and dynamic tool with clear goals and measures. It will be integrated into our daily operations, leadership, and innovation processes, ensuring that equality becomes a natural part of how we develop solutions to meet future challenges.

 

The plan will fulfill the requirements of Horizon Europe, but equally important,
it will strengthen our ability to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent—

a critical factor in delivering innovative, data-driven, and sustainable solutions to our clients. Through continuous improvement and an inclusive culture, we ensure that our consulting services reflect the best ideas and perspectives, regardless of background.

Morefish complies with the Gender Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act, which obliges all employers to work actively, purposefully, and systematically to promote equality and prevent discrimination. The law was strengthened in 2020 to reinforce the requirement for annual reporting on measures and results.

Our Gender Equality Plan will therefore meet both national legal requirements and international standards, such as the guidelines of Horizon Europe.
